Thanksgiving Menu

Thanksgiving meal was always prepared by my mom.  It didn’t matter where I lived when Thanksgiving rolled around, I always made the trek home to be with family for the day.  It was a day spent with my brothers and their families, my parents, my grandparents, and my uncle.  For the last couple of years, schedules didn’t work out due to college breaks, hockey tournaments, and work commitments therefore I was caught preparing a turkey.
